How can I delete my profile if my account is blocked or banned?
If your account is blocked or banned and you would like to delete your profile along with all your personal data, you can submit a request by email.

Important:
You must send one request per email and per profile.
Make sure to use the email address linked to the account, or provide any information that can help us identify it.

If you wish to delete your account, it's very simple. Just follow these steps:
Open the Fruitz app.
Tap on the profile icon 👤.
Go to Settings ⚙️.
Scroll all the way down and tap "Delete account".
⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account is a permanent and irreversible action.
This means you will lose all your matches, messages, in-app purchases (like Crushnotes or Pollens), and all information linked to your profile. Once the account is deleted, there will be noPopularAdding Multiple Login Methods to Your Profile
Adding multiple login methods (email, phone number, Apple ID, Google…) helps secure your account and prevents you from losing access.

Tap Settings (also top left).

Add a new email, phone number, or third-party account, depending on your preference.

1. Download the Fruitz app from the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).
2. Open the app and tap "Log In".
3. Choose one of the sign-up methods: Apple, Google, or your phone number.

Currently, Fruitz has been launched and is only available in certain countries. 🌍
It's possible that the app can be downloaded in a country where we haven't officially launched yet. However, since we haven't promoted the app there, you might not find many users. This means you could end up with few, or even no profiles nearby.

Trying to add your phone number to your profile but getting a message saying it's already in use?

If you still have access to the number, you can delete the associated profile by following these steps:
1. Log out of your current account (if you're stuck, simply delete and reinstall the app)
2. Open Fruitz and select Log in via SMS
3. Sign in using the phone number

If you used the "Sign in with Apple" feature while hiding your email address, Apple created a unique "relay" email address for your Fruitz account. If our support team asks for this address, here's how to find it easily:
On your iPhone or iPad:

2. Tap on your name at the top of the screen to view your Apple ID settings.
3. Select "Password & Security".
4. Tap on "Apps Using Apple ID".

How to verify your profile with a selfie?
Verifying your profile on Fruitz helps increase your chances of matching and builds trust with other members. It’s quick, easy, and lets you earn a verification badge that appears on your profile.
Before starting the verification:
- Add clear photos of your face to your profile
Make sure to include photos where you are alone
Include at least one photo without sunglasses, where your eyes are clearly visible

Make sure Fruitz has permission to access your photos. To check this, go to your phone’s Settings > Apps > Fruitz > Permissions, and allow access to photos.
Also, ensure that your photo follows our community guidelines. If it doesn’t, it will appear highlighted in orange with a triangle containing an exclamation mark, indicating that it has been rejected.

It is not possible to change your name or age on your profile yourself.

If you can no longer see your matches and had to fill out your information again, it's likely because you logged in with a different method than the one you used initially (for example, by using Apple instead of your phone number).
To find your original account, you must log back in using the same sign-up method you used the first time.

Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to reset your account.
But no worries!
You can simply delete your account and create a brand new one.

To use Fruitz, you must allow access to your location. This permission is essential for us to show you profiles that are nearby. 📍
If you accidentally denied access, here's how to re-enable it:
On iOS:
Open your iPhone's Settings.
Scroll down the list of apps and select Fruitz.
Tap on Location.
Choose the "While Using the App" or "Always" option.
On Android:
1. Open your phone's Settings.
Go to the Apps section.

Yes, even if you’re logged out of your account, your profile remains visible to your matches and other users on the app. However, since you’re not active, your profile won’t be highlighted in suggestions.
Want to temporarily disappear from the app?
Fruitz offers a free feature called "Hide my profile", available in your account settings.
When this option is enabled, your profile will no longer be visible to other users.
