Adding Multiple Login Methods to Your Profile

Adding multiple sign-in methods (email address, phone number, Apple ID, Google, etc.) helps keep your account secure and reduces the risk of losing access.

How do I add a sign-in method?

  1. From the home screen, tap the Profile icon in the top-left corner.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Manage my sign-in methods.
  4. Add a new email address, phone number or third-party account, depending on your preference.


If you see an error message saying that your email address or phone number is already linked to another account, don't worry.

Please include your Tracking ID and the email address or phone number that's already linked to the account.


Adding more than one sign-in method makes it easier to recover access to your account if you lose one of them.
