How do I report something that happened on the app?
The safety of our community is our priority. If a behaviour seems inappropriate or a suspicious event occurred on the app, here's how to report it:
1. Report a profile while swiping:
If you see a profile that doesn't follow our rules before you've even matched:
- Open their profile.
- Tap the ... icon in the top-right corner.
- Select "Report".
2. Report a match in your basket:
If you have a problem with one of your matches:
- Open the conversation.
- Tap the gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner.
- Select "Report".
