Someone is using my identity or photos

If you notice that someone is using your photos or other personal information without your permission, it's important to act quickly.

📸 What we'll need

A screenshot of the profile in question.

Make sure the code displayed in the bottom-right corner of the profile photo is clearly visible. This unique combination of letters and numbers allows us to identify the account.

📩 How to report identity theft

From the Fruitz app

Go to My Profile > Settings > Get Help > Contact Support / Report a Bug.
Send us the screenshot with the visible code and explain the situation.
Don't forget to report the profile directly using the "Report and Block" button on that profile.

Don't have a Fruitz account?

No problem. You can email us at contact@fruitz.io and attach the screenshot showing the profile code.

We also recommend reporting the identity theft to the relevant authorities.The more information you provide (screenshot, profile code and explanation), the faster our team can investigate and take action.
