If your account has been banned from Fruitz, you will see a message informing you directly when you try to log in. We ban accounts that do not comply with our Terms of Use. Our members' safety is our top priority, and we take any violation of our rules very seriously. If you believe your ban is a mistake, you can appeal the decision by indicating that you wish to speak to an agent.

How can I delete my profile if my account is blocked or banned?

Accepted Answer

If your account is blocked or banned and you would like to delete your profile along with all your personal data, you can submit a request by email. Please contact our team at: privacy@fruitz.io

Important:

You must send one request per email and per profile.
Make sure to use the email address linked to the account, or provide any information that can help us identify it.

💡 Good to know: If your profile has been banned or you are blocked on the app, our Support team may be able to help before proceeding with permanent profile deletion. Feel free to mention that you would like to speak to an agent, so a team member can review your situation.

I want to delete my account

Accepted Answer

If you wish to delete your account, it's very simple. Just follow these steps:

Open the Fruitz app.
Tap on the profile icon 👤.
Go to Settings ⚙️.
Scroll all the way down and tap "Delete account". ⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account is a permanent and irreversible action. This means you will lose all your matches, messages, in-app purchases (like Crushnotes or Pollens), and all information linked to your profile. Once the account is deleted, there will be no data recovery possible.

I can’t upload a photo to my profile

Accepted Answer

Make sure Fruitz has permission to access your photos. To check this, go to your phone’s Settings > Apps > Fruitz > Permissions, and allow access to photos. Also, ensure that your photo follows our community guidelines. If it doesn’t, it will appear highlighted in orange with a triangle containing an exclamation mark, indicating that it has been rejected. If you believe your photo does follow our guidelines, feel free to contact our support team directly through the app.
