How to cancel my subscription?
If you'd like to cancel your subscription, it's important to note that simply deleting the app from your phone or deleting your profile will not stop the payments. You must follow the steps below to stop future charges.
Important notes:
- Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Cancellation does not trigger a refund for any period that has already started.

Here's how to keep your active purchases:
Delete your current Fruitz account.
Create your new profile in the app.
Once logged in, go to:
My Profile Settings (top left) Scroll down Restore Purchases
Fruitz will automatically detect and reactivate any purchases linked to your store account.

For any refund request, you need to contact your store's support team directly and refer to their payment and refund policies.
- For iOS (App Store), you can request a refund on Apple's website, in your purchase history.

If your subscription hasn't activated, don't panic! Here are the steps to restore it:
Go to your account's Settings.
Click on "Restore purchases".
If that doesn't work, try making the purchase again. Don't worry, you won't be charged twice if your payment has already gone through.
