My verification isn’t working or is taking too long

Your profile verification may not be approved immediately or could appear to be stuck. Here's what you should check 👇

Check your photos

Make sure your photos meet our Community Guidelines:

Your profile photos should be clear and well lit.
Your face must be fully visible, facing the camera, with no accessories covering it (such as sunglasses or a cap).
Verification compares your selfie with your profile photos. The clearer and more compliant they are, the easier it is for the system to validate your profile.

If one of your photos doesn't meet these requirements, your verification may fail or take longer to process.

Please wait a little longer

Verification can sometimes take longer than expected, especially when we're processing a high number of requests.

Even if it takes a few hours, this is usually normal. Please wait a little while before checking again.
