My verification isn’t working or is taking too long

Sometimes your profile verification may not be approved immediately, or it may seem stuck. Here’s what you need to know 👇

🔎 Check your photos

First, make sure your profile photos comply with the community guidelines:

• Your profile photos should be clear and well-lit.
• Your face must be fully visible, without accessories that cover it (for example sunglasses or hats).
• Verification compares your selfie with your profile photos, so the clearer and more compliant your photos are, the easier it is for the system to approve.

👉 If any of your photos don’t meet these criteria, verification may fail or be delayed.

⏱️ Be patient

Validation can sometimes take a little longer than expected, especially if there are many requests being processed.

Even if it takes a few hours, this is usually not a problem. Check again later.

📩 Still stuck?

If your verification hasn’t been approved after a reasonable time, you can contact support directly from the app. They can check your request and guide you.
