How can I delete my profile if my account is blocked or banned?

If your account is blocked or banned and you would like to delete your profile along with all your personal data, you can submit a request by email.

Important:

  • You must send one request per email and per profile.
  • Make sure to use the email address linked to the account, or provide any information that can help us identify it.


💡 Good to know:

If your profile has been banned or you are blocked on the app, our Support team may be able to help before proceeding with permanent profile deletion.

Feel free to mention that you would like to speak to an agent, so a team member can review your situation.
