The profiles I see are too far away

If some of your potential matches are a little far from you, there could be a few reasons why:

​1. Your search criteria

Sometimes we show you profiles that are slightly outside your criteria. Although they might be a little further away, we hope you'll feel they're worth it!

To check your distance preferences, go to:

• My Profile 👤
• Settings ⚙️
• Ideal Smoothie
• Adjust the distance slider

​2. Geographical movements

If you've recently travelled, you might still see profiles from the place you visited for up to 24 hours after changing locations.

​3. A technical issue?

If you think this is a bug, you can try these solutions:

​

• Log out/Log back in: In Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap "Log out". Then, log back in.
• Reinstall the app: Delete the Fruitz app from your phone, then reinstall it.
