One of my matches disappeared

If a match or conversation has disappeared from your app, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

• The person has deleted their Fruitz account.
• The person has unmatched you, which automatically removes the conversation.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover the match or the chat.
