I can't find my previous matches and I had to fill in my information again as if I was creating a new account. How do I find my previous profile/account?
You probably created two accounts with different sign in providers (Facebook, Phone Number, Apple etc..). In order to get back to your original account you have to sign in with the same sign in provider.
If you signed in with Facebook and lost access to your account you can request a reset password by entering the email linked to the Facebook account you used to sign in. You will then receive an email with the instructions to follow in order to get your account back.

If you haven't receive the code by SMS, please wait 60 secondes and try again. Please make sure your network is working properly. If the issue remains please contact the Fruitz team at [email protected] In the meanwhile you can login or signup through Facebook or Apple connect.

If you’ve been banned from Fruitz, you’ll see a message letting you know when you try to log in. We ban accounts when we detect account activity that violates our Terms and Conditions of Use. User safety is always at top of mind, and we don’t take violations of our policies lightly.

If you have a Fruitz subscription, you may need to cancel your subscription to prevent future payments.

An email address and/or phone number can only be verified on one Fruitz account at a time. This info is requested upon account signup.
Trouble with email verification
If you find yourself experiencing trouble with email verification, try these troubleshooting steps:
  • Check to see that you’ve correctly entered your email address, and heads up, this field is case sensitive!
  • If you don’t see the verification email in your inbox, check your spam or promotion folders.
  • Do you have multiple email addresses? Make sure you’re entering the email address associated with your Fruitz account.
Trouble with SMS verification
If you find yourself experiencing trouble with SMS verification, try these troubleshooting steps:
  • Don’t see the verification text? Sometimes there are delays in delivery, so the best thing to do is wait a few hours before trying again.
  • Check to see that you've correctly entered your phone number.
  • Make sure you have cellular data enabled and a strong network connection.
  • Contact your mobile service provider to see if there are any reasons messages to your number might be blocked.
