Go to your account settings and click on "restore my purchases". If this does not work, try to make your purchase again, you will not be charged twice if your payment already went through. In case the issue persists contact us by visiting the settings page of the application and clicking on Contact Fruitz.

General notes on cancellation
  • Deleting your Fruitz account and/or the Fruitz app from your phone won’t cancel your subscription — you’ll have to follow the steps below to successfully stop future payments.
  • Once you do cancel your subscription, you'll be able to use your Fruitz subscription for the remaining days you paid for.
  • Canceling a subscription doesn't retroactively refund subscription payments, and previously paid subscription fees can’t be prorated based on your cancellation date.

Cancellation steps will vary based on the platform you used to subscribe. If you subscribed on your iPhone, follow the steps for iOS, etc.

    Open your iPhone Settings
  2. 2.
    Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
  3. 3.
    Select the subscription you want to cancel
  4. 4.
    Tap Cancel Subscription
  • If you subscribed using your Google Play Store account:

      Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
    2. 2.
      Tap the Menu icon and go to Subscriptions
    3. 3.
      Select the subscription you want to cancel
    4. 4.
      Tap Cancel subscription

Generally, all charges for in app purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Use for more details.
For any refund request, you should see it directly with your store and their payment and refund policies (appstore or google play store).
