What's a crushnote? How does it work exactly?

The crushnote allows you to like his/her profile and to send a message directly to the person and appear at the top of his/her profile list.

I don't get the daily crushnote anymore, is that normal?

In the new version of the app, there is no more daily crushnote but you will receive some from time to time as a loyalty reward.

Now it is possible to buy a pack of unlimited crushnotes on the stores.

How do I know if my crushnote has been seen/read?

The person you sent the crushnote to will see your profile at the top of his/her list of profiles and your message appears in a small yellow frame above your photo.

If the person wants to reply, they’ll have to like your profile in return so you'll get a match.

I sent a crushnote to a profile and I can't find this crushnote nor this profile in my matches. Why can't I find it in my matches?

You can only see the crushnotes again if the people you sent them to like you back. Then you'll have a match, and you'll find it in your matches.
