# Someone is using my identity or photos

If you notice that someone is using your photos or other personal information without your permission, it's important to act quickly.

### 📸 What we'll need
* A screenshot of the profile in question.
|| Make sure the code displayed in the bottom-right corner of the profile photo is clearly visible. This unique combination of letters and numbers allows us to identify the account.

### 📩 How to report identity theft
###### From the Fruitz app
1. Go to **My Profile** > **Settings** > **Get Help** > **Contact Support / Report a Bug**.
2. Send us the screenshot with the visible code and explain the situation.
3. Don't forget to **report the profile directly** using the **"Report and Block"** button on that profile.
