# My profile seems to have been reset


If you can no longer see your matches and had to fill out your information again, it's likely because you logged in with **a different method** than the one you used initially (for example, by using Apple instead of your phone number).

To find your original account, you must log back in using the **same sign-up method** you used the first time.

⚠️ **Important**: Having multiple profiles on the app is not allowed.
