# I don’t see any profiles on my Discover page

If you're not seeing any profiles on your Discovery page, don't worry! Here's what you should check:

​**1. Is your profile hidden? 👻**
Make sure your profile isn't in hidden mode, as this makes you invisible and prevents you from seeing new profiles. To check:
​
1. Open Fruitz.
2. Tap the **profile icon** 👤.
3. Go to **Settings** ⚙️.
4. Make sure the "**Hide my profile**" option is **not** checked.
​
​**2. Widen your search criteria 🗺️**
You might have run out of new profiles that match your criteria in your area. To see more people, try widening your "Ideal Smoothie":
​
1. Tap the **profile icon** 👤.
2. Go to **Settings** ⚙️.
3. Go to **Ideal Smoothie**.
4. Move the sliders to increase the distance radius (in km) and/or the age range.

​**3. A technical issue? 🛠️**
If the problem persists, it could be related to your connection or the app itself.
​
- **Check your internet connection**: Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
- **Reinstall the app**: Uninstall and then reinstall the app. This will get you the latest version and completely refresh the app, which often fixes problems.

If the issue is still there after all these steps, don't hesitate to contact our support team. Please provide the following information so we can help you out:

- Your tracking ID
- The app version and your system version (iOS/Android)
- A screen recording of the problem
