# I didn't receive the SMS code

If you haven't received the verification code via SMS, don't panic! Here's what you can do:

**1. Check your information and connection**
****- **Wait 60 seconds** before requesting a new code.
- Make sure you have entered the **correct phone number**.
- Check that your phone has a good **signal** and that your internet connection is stable.

**2. If the problem persists**
****If you still don't receive the code after trying again, contact the Fruitz team directly via the in-app chat.
