I deleted a match by mistake, what can I do?

Unfortunately, deleting a match is permanent. Once a match has been deleted, it can't be restored, whether it was deleted accidentally or intentionally.

That person's profile won't appear in your recommendations again either, except in one very specific situation: if they completely delete their account and then create a new one.

Our team isn't able to restore deleted matches.

Before deleting a match, make sure you're certain about your decision. If you're unsure, you can simply stop replying to the conversation instead of permanently deleting the match.
