# How to cancel my subscription?

If you'd like to cancel your subscription, it's important to note that simply **deleting the app** from your phone or deleting your profile **will not stop the payments**. You must follow the steps below to stop future charges.

**​**- Once cancelled, your subscription will remain **active until the end of the billing period** you've already paid for.
- Cancellation does **not** trigger a refund for any period that has already started.

​**How to cancel my subscription?**
**On iOS (iPhone):**

**​**1. Open your iPhone's **Settings**.
2. Tap your name, then **Subscriptions**.
3. Choose the **Fruitz** subscription you want to cancel.
4. Tap **Cancel Subscription**.

​**On Android (Google Play Store):**

**​**1. Open the **Google Play Store**.
2. Tap your profile icon, then **Payments & subscriptions**.
3. Select the **Fruitz** subscription you want to cancel.
4. Tap **Cancel subscription**.
