# How can I delete my profile if my account is blocked or banned?

If your account has been blocked or banned and you'd like to delete your profile and all of your personal data, you can submit a request by email.

Please use the email address linked to your account or provide any information that will help us identify it.
| If your profile has been banned or your access to the app has been blocked, our Support team may be able to review your situation before your account is permanently deleted. Feel free to mention in your email that you'd like to speak with a support agent.
