My profiles don’t match my gender or age preferences

If the profiles you're seeing don't match your preferences, here are a few things you can check:

1. Check your search preferences

Make sure your preferences are set up correctly.

Open Fruitz.
Tap the 👤 Profile icon.
Go to Settings.
Edit your Ideal Smoothie to adjust your preferred age range, distance and gender.

2. Temporary expansion of your preferences

If the app detects that there are only a limited number of profiles in your area, it may temporarily broaden your search preferences to show you more people. This helps you continue discovering profiles, even if some are slightly outside your original preferences.

3. Incorrect gender on a profile

Sometimes, members accidentally select the wrong gender when creating their account. If you come across a profile that doesn't match, you can report it.

Regularly reviewing your preferences can help you discover profiles that better match what you're looking for.
